The river was calm that morning. Birds were singing, the sun reflected gently on the water, and a small puppy wandered too close to the muddy edge without knowing the danger hiding beneath the surface.
In a single terrifying moment, the water exploded.
A massive crocodile lunged from the river and grabbed the helpless puppy in its jaws. The little puppy cried out in fear, struggling desperately as the predator began dragging him toward the deep water.
But someone heard those cries.
His mother.
Without hesitation, the brave dog sprinted toward the crocodile. She did not stop to think about her own safety. She did not care about the size of the monster in front of her. All she knew was that her baby needed her.
