A family birthday party soon turned into a bloodbath after a father shot his own twin sons dead before turning the gun on himself.
Joseph and Greysen Chavez were found dead inside their bedroom at an apartment complex in Canoga Park, LA. Cops soon shared more about how the 37-year-old dad had aimed his gun at the boys’ mother and fired, but missed before turning the weapon on himself.
The horror arose as relatives were seen gathering for the boy’s grandmother’s birthday part as per witnesses.
Officers rushed to the complex on the 8000 block of Owensmouth Avenue, near Strathern Street, after reports of shots being fired were received. Inside the bedroom, they found the boys’ bodies and the father lying there.
The suspect also fired at his wife, but thankfully missed. The cops are still investigating the cause of this attack that arose during their grandmother’s birthday celebrations.
